We shoot on location across Bangalore, from Whitefield and Koramangala to Indiranagar, HSR and Electronic City, or in studio. Portable studio lighting, fast setup and a workflow built to keep the team on schedule, so nobody loses half a working day. Every person gets matched framing and retouching, so the result looks credible and consistent, not generic.

We spend a half day with your team and photograph them as they actually work: collaboration, workspaces, meetings and the moments in between. The images are made for careers pages, About-us pages, LinkedIn and social media, so they look like your company and not like stock.

What to wear, and what we need from you
What to wear
Solid mid-tone colours photograph best. Avoid tight patterns, visible logos and pure white. For a team, agree a simple dress code in advance.
Space at your office
A small room of about 10 × 12 feet is enough, with a plain wall or a suitable existing background. An empty room keeps colleagues undisturbed.
Retouching
Basic editing and light retouching are included, matched across every person on the team. Detailed retouching is extra.
Candid and culture days
Tell us the agenda, any areas that are off limits and anyone who prefers not to be photographed. We work around the team without interrupting the day.

Corporate headshots in Bangalore — what teams ask before booking
An individual studio session starts at ₹5,000 per person. On-site team rollouts are ₹2,000 per person for teams under 10, ₹1,800 for 10–19, ₹1,600 for 20–29 and ₹1,000 per person for teams of 30 or more (minimum ₹45,000). Executive and leadership portrait sessions are ₹10,000 for a single-look session and ₹20,000 for an extended session.
Edited corporate headshots are delivered within 48 hours.
Around 10 minutes per person for a team rollout, so a team of 40 fits comfortably into a single working day. Individual sessions run 30 to 40 minutes. Executive portraits also run 30 to 40 minutes, or 15 minutes when the schedule is tight.
Yes. On-site sessions are the normal way team headshots are shot. A portable studio setup is brought to your office so lighting, background and crop stay identical across every person on the team.
Yes. Team rollouts are priced per person, with the rate stepping down as the team grows, to ₹1,000 per person from 30 people upward (minimum ₹45,000). The whole team is shot in one scheduled block so every portrait matches.
The approach is different, not just the time. A team rollout is built for consistency at speed. An executive portrait is a directed session for one person — one look and 3 to 5 edited images at ₹10,000, or two to three looks, 8 to 10 edited images, advanced retouching and styling included at ₹20,000.
