What a wedding photographer
costs in Bangalore

Our three wedding packages are ₹1.25L, ₹1.55L and ₹2.0L, and every one includes both photography and videography.

Essential, ₹1.25L — intimate weddings up to 50 guests: wedding and reception, 4–5 hours per event, 200+ edited images, one premium album, the full traditional video and a 3–5 minute film.

Classic, ₹1.55L — 100–150 guests: 5–6 hours per event, parallel bride and groom coverage, 300+ edited images, one album and a 5–6 minute film.

Signature, ₹2.0L — every function with a dedicated team, multi-camera and drone where the venue allows, 400+ edited images, two albums plus a mini book and a 6–8 minute film.

Add-ons are priced per day: an extra photographer ₹8,000, an extra videographer ₹10,000, drone ₹15,000, and an extra album ₹15,000. Payment is 10% to book, 80% on the wedding day and 10% on delivery. Photos are delivered in 2–3 weeks.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. We do not accept cash for packages over ₹50,000 (RBI compliance). GST invoiced separately.

Travel & Outstation

Shoots outside Bangalore: travel + accommodation quoted at cost, no markup. Karnataka: ₹5,000–₹15,000 buffer. Pan-India and international: quoted in writing upfront.

Why are your prices higher (or lower) than other Bangalore photographers?
Higher than commodity-tier photographers because every shoot is led by Sree Vikash himself, includes both photography and videography, uses professional Sony and Fuji full-frame equipment, and delivers within 2–3 weeks — not 2–3 months. Lower than celebrity-tier studios (Joseph Radhik, House on the Clouds, 1Plus1) because we don’t price a media-personality halo into the quote. We aim to be the best value at the working-Bangalore tier.
How much does a Bangalore wedding photographer cost on average?
Across Bangalore in 2026, wedding photography ranges from ₹30,000 (commodity, single-day basic) to ₹15,00,000+ (luxury celebrity-tier). Most working Bangalore weddings fall between ₹1,00,000 and ₹3,00,000. Our Essential Coverage (₹1.25L), Classic Wedding Experience (₹1.55L) and Signature Cinematic Experience (₹2.0L) sit in the middle of that range, with photography and videography included in every tier.
Do you offer payment plans?
The standard wedding structure is 10% on booking, 80% on the event day, and the final 10% on delivery when you receive your photos, film and album. The 10% booking advance is non-refundable. If you need to discuss timing for the balance, reach out — we’re reasonable if there’s a clear reason.
What’s the difference between the Classic and Signature packages?
Classic (₹1.55L) covers the wedding and reception, 5–6 hours per event, with full traditional and candid coverage, cinematic videography and parallel bride and groom coverage — 300+ edited images, one premium album and a 5–6 minute film. Signature (₹2.0L) covers all wedding functions with a dedicated premium team, a multi-camera setup and drone coverage where the venue permits — 400+ edited images, two luxury albums plus a mini book and a 6–8 minute film. Choose Signature if your wedding has several functions; Classic for a wedding and reception.
Are travel and accommodation included in destination packages?
No — travel and accommodation are quoted separately at cost. You pay what we pay; no markup. We give you a written travel quote alongside the package quote so the total is transparent before you book.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Every package is a starting point. Add extra hours, additional functions, more photographers, drone, extra albums, post-event reels — everything is itemised in the add-ons list above. We’ll quote your custom package within 24 hours of your brief.
How much is a pre-wedding shoot in Bangalore?
City shoot at a free location: ₹20,000 for candid photos only, or ₹45,000 with a cinematic film. Private venues: about ₹25,000 for photos only, or ₹45,000–50,000 with film (venue entry fees paid by you separately). Outstation pre-wedding shoots start from ₹1,00,000.
How much does a LinkedIn headshot cost in Bangalore?
Studio session for an individual: ₹5,000 — includes 3–5 edited images optimised for LinkedIn’s circle frame plus banner crops. On-location at your office: ₹2,000/person for teams under 10, ₹1,800/person for 10–19, ₹1,600/person for 20–29, and ₹1,000/person for teams of 30 or more (minimum ₹45,000). Same-day rush delivery available.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price on this page is the price we quote. Travel, accommodation, venue entry fees, and extra edits are itemised separately and quoted in writing before you book. GST is invoiced separately at the applicable rate.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season weddings (January–April, August–December): 3–6 months ahead. Auspicious dates: 4–6 months ahead. Destination weddings: 6–8 months. Off-season: 1–2 months is usually fine. We limit weddings per month, so popular dates fill quickly.
